Quality and
project management
Our quality management consistently meets the highest standards.
We perform translation services in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 17100 Quality Standard (“Translation services – Requirements for translation services”), which establishes quality requirements for the following areas:
- Human and technical resources
- Quality and project management
- Contractual framework conditions
- Work processes
This is affirmed by our registration with DIN CERTCO (Reg. No. 7U191). You may arrange standard-compliant services with us at any time.
A client-based project management system defines the core of our quality management, ensuring an efficient translation process. This process may involve up to ten steps in translation projects:
1. Preliminary discussion of the project with the client
2. Conversion of the source files
3. Translation and localisation
4. Revision I
5. Revision II if necessary and depending on the nature of the text
6. Conversion of the target files
7. Terminology management
8. Formatting/DTP
9. Final review
10. Delivery and debriefing of the project with the client
Involving the client in the translation process is particularly important for technically demanding texts, especially in the field of marketing. All technical questions are already clarified during the consultation process, including managing internal terminology and other distinctive features. After all, our goal is to meet your individual requirements to develop customised solutions for you.
